Make going to the spa a weekly event from the intimate confines of your home. This all-inclusive spa package is the total organic healing experience that subsequently works with your budget. Every working girl should adhere to the following guide for complete restoration.

Sugar and Oatmeal Scrub:

In a bowl mix together equal parts of brown sugar, raw sugar and raw oats. Add a liberal portion of vitamin E oil and mix again.

Apply generously to the body paying extra attention to elbows, knees, feet and hands. The exfoliation will remove dead skin and toxins and is now ready to absorb moisture.

Milk and Honey Bath:

The cleansing and anti-microbial properties found in milk and honey is used in spas all over the world. Add in three cups of milk along with one cup of honey and a splash of vitamin E under warm running water. This soak will leave your body supple with moisture. After toweling off, apply an unscented cream with a few drops of eucalyptus oil whipped in.

Bananas, Lavender and Tea Tree Oil Treatment for Hands:

Combine a small amount of tea tree oil and lavender oil with two table spoons of olive oil. Add a mashed banana. Rub on hands and then place hands in plastic gloves for deep penetration. After ten minutes apply cream with your favorite essential oil mixed in.

You can have warmed cream by submerging container of cream in a bowl of boiled water.

Mint and Lemongrass Foot Soak:

Sit on the edge of your tub while soaking your feet in a mix of Epsom salts and peppermint oil. Add in fresh lemongrass and mint. Soak for fifteen minutes. Dry feet and apply the mixed cream you used for hands.

Relax in an at home sauna by enclosing yourself in your bathroom while the steam from an all hot water shower runs. Sip on water infused with cucumber and lemon slices. Use two chilled cucumber slices on your tired eyes to eliminate puffiness. Take the halves of lemons and rub into your knees and elbows.  This will eliminate darkening in these areas.

For Face:

Finish your spa day with a facial. Rub an egg white on face and allow drying. The egg whites will tighten your pores. After rinsing, apply a mashed ripe avocado for moisture. Rinse after fifteen minutes.

Now you are recharged and ready to change the world on Monday!
